I have been seeing a lot of peoples thoughts on the redesigns of some of our most beloved characters and i kinda wanna give my thoughts on the matter.

Sally: I absolutely do NOT like her design at all, not even one bit. I feel like that she's gonna become a stereotypical SegaSonic character. She's just gonna become apart of Sonic's cheering squad as Sonic (and Tails at times) Save the day with little or no help from the others. I have seen that some people think the brass at Sega had something to do with and most likely they did in some way. I think they are redesigning them so the are more in sync with their game comrades. That i don't like i mean the Comic itself is its own continuity  and should be different from the Games. That's what made Sally, Ant', Bunnie and all of them unique: They are/were their own characters that actually saved the day or at least contributed/major role in it and now that Sega (at least we think its Sega, and after 15-20 years of letting the comic be the comic) wants to make them in their vision. All i gotta say is this: Let them be their own character.

Bunnie: As i am not happy that she is also gonna get a redesign thats most likely gonna be similar to Sally in some way/shape/form, truthfully I'm kinda not surprised. Like how many times has Bunnie been redesigned in some way? Granted they were small changes but now (after being Legionized as we believe) is gonna get a Sega-style redesign. Now i have seen some possibilities that some fans made and they look ok to me. But since we don't know what the *official* redesign is i cant personally say how i feel about them, but the point is that i'm not happy about it

Antoine: I wont be surprised if gets one as well. Granted he was blown up, nearly died, and is now in a coma i don't think he will come back looking the same. Now if gets a cool looking scar from this so he doesn't look like a stereotypical French coward as he always have been (and if anyone is French i apologize if i offended you). But by thinking he gets that will he still act the same or will his personality may change as well? I'm just assuming right now that he will get one.

Rotor: Same thing wouldn't surprise me one bit. But how would Rotor look different?? I wanna hear what you think.

Now the last thing i'm gonna say is this. As they are getting physical redesigns i wonder (and shutter at the possibility) if they will be changed personality wise? I really hope they don't do that to use but we don't know for certain. If they do, they will probably become something like Sonic's cheering squad and not do as much as they used to, which i think is a clear violation of who they are. They are unique and i hate the fact that they are being changed just to match SegaSonic characters and possibly their standards as well. I (and probably 99% of us) don't want to see them changed at all but Sega/Archie/Flynn/whoever looks like they think otherwise.

Let the characters be themselves, they are unique for who they are and shouldn't be changed.
